MOST countries besides Canada and Mexico have additional requirements for pets to enter from the United States.

Some countries require months of advance testing and planning, and most require health certificates filled out by your veterinarian and submitted to the USDA prior to travel.

Traveling with your dog to Canada or Mexico? You may need to fill out additional forms for the CDC to return back to the US. The CDC Continues to update their new requirements, so be sure to check their website for the most recent updates.
If required, you may need to fill out a CDC Dog Import Form. This can be done up to the day of travel and is valid for 6 months after receipt.
