MOST countries besides Canada and Mexico have additional requirements for pets to enter from the United States.

If you’re planning to travel internationally with your pet, please call to schedule a consultation appointment with us as soon as possible.  Some countries require months of advance testing and planning, and most require health certificates filled out by your veterinarian and submitted to the USDA prior to travel.
Click here to view the USDA website on pet travel and use the drop-down menu on the bottom of the page to find your destination country requirements.
We are unable to complete international health certificates for new clients who do not already have an established relationship with our clinic.

Traveling with your dog to Canada or Mexico, or are you arriving into the US from another country after travelling?  You may need to fill out additional forms for the CDC to return back to the US.  The CDC Continues to update and change their new requirements, so be sure to check their website for the most recent updates.
If required, you may need to fill out a CDC Dog Import Form.
